New in January 2022, the three story 48 unit building has a wide selection of accessible single level floor plans, over 6000 square feet of common gathering spaces, an expansive terrace overlooking woods and wetlands, and outdoor garden areas.
 
The co-op property is 10.8 diverse acres in the charming, historic river front town of Stillwater, MN (the birthplace of Minnesota!). Every convenience is within a few minutes drive or walk.  We enjoy miles of nearby paved bike and walking paths, river activities, lakes, vibrant arts and entertainment venues, delicious dining, and boutique shopping in the historic downtown — so much going on here!
